Mr. Robinson is a co-founder and General Partner of RRE Ventures, LLC, a private information technology venture investment firm. He also serves as President, J. D. Robinson, Inc. Mr. Robinson served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Company from 1977 to 1993. He also previously served as Presiding Director of The Coca-Cola Company, a director and Chairman of the Executive Committee of First Data Corporation, and Non-Executive Chairman of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Mr. Robinson is an Honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution, a member Council on Foreign Relations, and Honorary Chairman of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Mr. Robinson has an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a B.S. from Georgia Tech. He was an officer in the U.S. Navy from 1957-1960.
Fred Seegal is Vice Chairman of Peter J. Solomon Company, a leading banking advisory firm. He joined PJSC after spending most of his 35 year investment banking career at Wasserstein Perella, where he served as President, Salomon Brothers, and Lehman Brothers. In recent years, Mr. Seegal has advised such companies as eBay, Time Warner, AT&T, and Viacom. He serves as a director of Digital River, Hollywood.com, IBeam, and Spectradyne, as well as Chairman of the Parrish Art Museum and Vice Chairman of The James Beard Foundation. Mr. Seegal received his B.A. from Cornell University; an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and an L.L.B. from Harvard Law School.
